Most recently we have negotiated various title related issues connected with CRT’s ownership’s around Greenland Properties proposed development at West India Quay now known as The Spire.

Acquired this 1.6 acre site for Ballymore. This has now been redeveloped as a 150 meter residential tower where we are retained as commercial leasing and investment agents together with rent review consultants.

Acted as development consultants in the original 3.5 acre office scheme in the 1980’s and later site assembly for potential redevelopment together with asset management and leasing role. Most recently acted on pre-letting 100,000 sq. ft data-centre to Telecity with the balance of site now disposed for redevelopment and re-modelling.

The client later pursued a residential-led scheme that did not receive planning consent following which we were tasked with the attempted sale of the site, however this was aborted and later sold to Galliard homes.
